International Code Council (.iccsafe.org) has updated their website (2017), and they still allow you to look at the code in a basic text format with the Public Access, once you are in the free public access below the map, choose the I-Codes.  The premium access you still have to pay for.  But this is good for when you don’t have access to your PDF code book on hand.
